Our Injury Management Process

 

Compass Group is committed to the rehabilitation of injured employees. We understand the benefits of making an early and often immediate return to work. Wherever possible, we’d like to assist in returning injured workers to their normal work, or if required, suitable work within their capacity. We understand injured employees are rehabilitated more rapidly if encouraged to remain at work while they recover. In this way, we understand both adverse economic and non-economic factors of a work related injury can be mitigated for our employee.

 

If you believe work restrictions will be necessary, your doctor will detail these on your next medical certificate, and thereafter a Return to Work Plan will be developed.  Conversely, we’d be happy to provide a proposed or draft Return to Work Plan at your request. Please feel free to contact us as required.
